auto protection club is a scam... I canceled my policy after putting over 800 dollars into it and received 100 back.

called the General Manager he was rude and incompetent.

couldn't even tell me the exact amount I paid and wouldn't budge with the refund .. basically stoled my money since I never used the service...

I'm sorry you haven't been able to contact anyone. I'm really not sure why you can't contact anyone in the CSR dept. Their hours are 8 to 5 CST. The were out of the office a few days for the holidays but nothing major.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! they are the most disrespectful company I have ever been with, they lied and told me I had a free month for August because of a mistake they made and they still charged me for it! Then when I called back I was told by a customer service rep that I was wrong. Awful company, please don't let them scam you!!!

These guys have sales agents who aren't even licensed. The owners are {{Redacted}} addicts...one of their sales reps stole from Att and has pending charges. Their customer service department purposely ignores calls to prevent from cancelling policies.

Contact RippingOffAmerica - they will help you! They haven't officially gone live with their media but their Facebook and Twitter is RippingOffAmerica. They help people cancel, get their refund - usually all the money they have paid toward the policy and how to file complaints against these scammers.
